In this 2-day workshop for floral lovers, serious students, and floral designers, Kiana will be teaching with a focus on creating the perfect wedding centerpiece, statement piece, hand-tied bouquet, and floral installation.

Additionally, renowned wedding photographer Corbin Gurkin will be photographing the workshop and all students will receive copies of the images for their portfolio.

Class will be held in historic Oukyo-Kan (応挙館) tea house at Tokyo National Museum amongst the gorgeous late autumn foliage in Ueno Park.

All participants will have the opportunity for Kiana to personally work with them to create the perfect old-world style floral designs, as well as to ask questions about running a floral design business, promoting your brand on social media, and capturing your creations with amazing photography. 

Dates: Wednesday-Thursday, 5-6 December, 2018

Location: Historic Oukyo-Kan (応挙館) tea house at Tokyo National Museum in Ueno Park

Investment: USD $1,900.00. Participants may secure their spot with a USD $1,000 non-refundable deposit, with the balance due by 5 November, 2018.

All materials, a selection of premium Japanese florals, and lunch on both days are included. The designs you create are yours to keep, and photos for your portfolio will be available approximately 6-8 weeks after the workshop.

Travel and accommodations are not included and are the responsibility of each guest. Accommodations or AirBnB in the Ueno area are priced affordably and convenient to the park. Ginza (subway) line or Yamanote (JR) line both stop at Ueno.

10:00 - 17:00 Hand-tied bouquets, group floral installation, and editorial shoot (with model) with photographer Corbin Gurkin
