Weddings

We do a number of ultra-luxury, bespoke weddings and events each season - both local and destination. We love working with brides and planners to come up with artful and unique approaches to floral installations, arrangements, and bouquets that will be remembered by guests for years to come. WEdding FAQ

Where are you located?

We are based in the Catskills region of upstate New York (about 90 minutes north of NYC). However, more than 80% of our weddings are destination events around the US and world.

How far out do I need to book?

Dates generally book about 6 months in advance, and sometimes a year or more. The floral designer should be one of the first vendors you choose after deciding on a venue.

How much do wedding florals cost?

Costs are highly variable, but we operate at a luxury provider level where budgets are commensurate with the floral artistry we provide.

What is the process?

The process typically starts with an inbound email or phone call from your planner, after which there is a discussion with someone on the team to help put together an initial proposal. Once a deposit is made and the date is on our calendar, an in-person (or video, if not local) design consultation takes place with Kiana to go over details and finalize the working plan.

Do I need to have a wedding planner?

The short answer is yes. At the level of production required for the weddings we accept, it is impossible to manage all of the details and vendors without a highly talented wedding planner. We believe that the planner is key to pulling all the details together and ensuring a beautiful, stress-free process and wedding day for the bride and groom. We’ve seen many brides take this on themselves, and can attest to the strain and stress that this creates.

Can you recommend an amazing photographer or wedding planner?

Absolutely. We work with the best in the business, and are happy to send you a list of recommendations and/or make introductions. Along with florals and venue, the planner and photographer make up the "big four" critical resources for your wedding.
