Blood Orange Mimosas DIY

Here is a quick idea to kick off the last week before Mother's Day. A mimosa is one part orange juice mixed with one part champagne or sparkling wine. I love the color of the blood orange version, which to me is somewhat more elegant. Combined with some beautiful and fragrant orange blossoms, mom couldn't ask for a better start to her special day. tulipina.com / Kiana Underwood

What you'll need: Champagne and flutes, blood oranges, orange blossoms, and a couple of stems of pokeweed (pink) tulipina.com / Kiana Underwood
