Beautiful, Wonderful Tuberose

Tuberose is one of my absolute favorite flowers. My mother has always loved them and she has passed that love on to me as a young girl. Not only are they beautiful, but their aroma is quite exquisite. In fact, they were the primary flower for my wedding and to this day many friends who attended tell me that tuberose reminds them of my wedding day. Today is my 13th wedding anniversary to my husband - my best friend! So, I thought it quite appropriate to share this DIY with you today!

I believe this vessel is really meant to be used as a potting planter, but I decided that the color went beautifully with the floral combination. Kiana Underwood / tulipina.com

Flowers: tuberose, acorn, garden rose, ranunculus, blushing bride

They happened to have acorns at the flower mart, so I thought that it would be unique to use them with the tuberose - a combination that I had never seen before!

Begin with the acorn branches, place them freely inside the vase. Kiana Underwood / tulipina.com
